U.S. Swingline Loan definition

U.S. Swingline Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.04 as a “U.S. Swingline Loan.”

U.S. Swingline Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.17(a).

U.S. Swingline Loan means a Swingline Loan made to the Company.

• Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be subject to all the terms and conditions applicable to other U.S. Revolving Loans except that all payments thereon (including interest) shall be payable to the U.S. Swingline Lender solely for its own account.

• The Borrowers’ Agent (on behalf of any U.S. Borrower) shall give the U.S. Swingline Lender irrevocable notice (which notice must be received by the U.S. Swingline Lender prior to 12:00 noon, New York City time) on the requested Funding Date specifying (1) the identity of the U.S. Borrower and (2) the amount of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan, which shall be in a minimum amount of $100,000 or whole multiples of $50,000 in excess thereof.

• The proceeds of the U.S. Swingline Loan will be made available by the U.S. Swingline Lender to the U.S. Borrower identified in such notice at an office of the U.S. Swingline Lender by wire transfer to the account of such U.S. Borrower specified in such notice.

More Definitions of U.S. Swingline Loan

U.S. Swingline Loan means any Loan made by the Swingline Lender pursuant to Section 2.12.

U.S. Swingline Loan as defined in Section 2.5(a).

U.S. Swingline Loan and “U.S. Swingline Loans” have the meanings specified in Section 2.3(a).

U.S. Swingline Loan means any swingline loan denominated in Dollars made by the applicable Swingline Lender to a US Borrower pursuant to Section 2.2, and all such swingline loans collectively as the context requires.

U.S. Swingline Loan means a Swingline Loan denominated in US Dollars.

U.S. Swingline Loan any Borrowing of U.S. Base Rate Loans funded with U.S. Swingline Lender’s funds, until such Borrowing is settled among U.S. Lenders or repaid by U.S. Borrowers.

U.S. Swingline Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(2).
