Use Agreements means a use, license, concession, advertising, service, Maintenance, occupancy or other agreement for the conduct of any lawful use of the Premises, the use or occupancy of any space or facilities in the Stadium or the location of any business or commercial operations in or on the Premises or any part thereof, but excluding any license or sublicense of the entire Stadium.
