Use of the Services means the actual access to or use of the Services by the Customer or the provision of the means of such access or use to the Customer by Avanto. “User(s)” means, collectively, any administrator, or user.

Examples of Use of the Services in a sentence

  • However, we may change or modify the Agreement at any time with immediate effect (a) for legal, regulatory, fraud and abuse prevention, or security reasons; (b) to change existing features or add additional features to the Services (where this does not materially adversely affect your use of the Services); or (c) to restrict products or activities that we deem unsafe, inappropriate, or offensive.

  • Your use of the Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, such as a set of terms that apply to a specific promotion or line of services, which may be modified from time to time (“Supplemental Terms”).

  • Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any change to this Agreement in accordance with this Section 15 will constitute your acceptance of that change.

  • The laws of India govern this Agreement and your use of the Services, without reference to rules governing choice of laws or the Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

  • We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable, nontransferable license during the term of the Agreement to allow Developers to access and use Your Materials through the Selling Partner APIs and the API Materials solely in support of your use of the Services covered by this Agreement.

  • You acknowledge that when you use the Services, AssignQ may use automatic means to collect information about your device and about your use of the Services.

  • The acknowledgement statement specified in Section 8.2 shall be included in the Customer's website and reported in any scientific publications profiting from the use of the Services defined in Section 1.

  • In addition to the representations and warranties set forth in Section 9.1, you represent and warrant to us that: (i) the Subscriber Content contains no Prohibited Content; (ii) you have the right to provide us the Subscriber Content in accordance with this Agreement; and (iii) your use of the Services and the Platform, including, without limitation, the submission and processing of the Subscriber Content, complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will also terminate; and you must cease all use of the Services.

  • During the course of your use of the Services, you may receive Confidential Information.

Related to Use of the Services

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Basic Services means housekeeping services, meals, nutritious snacks, laundry, and activities.
