User Charge Ordinance definition
User Charge Ordinance means the applicable provisions of Chapter 25 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Kirksville, Missouri, as amended by Ordinance No. 12176 adopted on October 19, 2015, as further amended, supplemented, consolidated or replaced.
User Charge Ordinance means the applicable provisions of Subchapter B (Water) and Subchapter C (Sewer) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Odessa, Missouri, including particularly Section 5.202 of Subchapter C, as amended by Ordinance No. 2875 passed by the Governing Body on January 13, 2015, as further amended, supplemented or replaced.
