UTI Certificate definition

UTI Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03 of the Titling Trust Agreement.

More Definitions of UTI Certificate

UTI Certificate means the one or more trust certificates (together with any replacements thereof) issued by the Titling Trust at the direction of the UTI Beneficiary substantially in the form attached as an exhibit to the form of UTI Supplement.
