Utilisation Notice definition

Utilisation Notice means a notice in the form or substantially in the form of schedule 2; and
Utilisation Notice means a notice given under clause 4 in respect of an Advance.
Utilisation Notice means a notice in substantially the form of Schedule 4 (Utilisation Notice) specifying the terms on which an Advance will be made by the Lender to the Loan Note Issuer;

  • The Agent shall not be obliged to accept any Transfer Certificate received by it under this Agreement on any day on or after the receipt by it of a Utilisation Notice and prior to the making of the relative Loan or issue of the relevant Letter of Credit or Guarantee.

Utilisation Notice means (a) in the case of a Utilisation by means of a RC Advance, a notice in the form or substantially in the form of part A of schedule 2, (b) in the case of a Utilisation by means of a Bank Guarantee, a notice in the form or substantially in the form of part B of schedule 2, and (c) in the case of a Utilisation by means of a WC Advance a notice in the form or substantially in the form of part C of schedule 2;
Utilisation Notice means a notice given under clause 4.1 in the form set out in Part A of Schedule 2.
