Utilisation Notice means a notice in substantially the form of Schedule 4 (Utilisation Notice) specifying the terms on which an Advance will be made by the Lender to the Issuer;

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and to the Lender having available to it sufficient funds to finance the Advance, the Lender shall make the requested Advance to the Borrower in accordance with the Utilisation Notice or in such other manner as the Lender and the Borrower shall agree from time to time.
