VA Guaranty definition

VA Guaranty. A guaranty granted by the VA with respect to any Mortgage Loan.
VA Guaranty. As to any VA Asset, VA's full or partial guaranty of payment of amounts due thereunder.
VA Guaranty means a guaranty by the VA under the Serviceman’s Readjustment Act of 1944, as amended, provided such guaranty shall be in accordance with Section 4.02 hereof.

  • To the extent that original documents are not required for purposes of realization of Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds, VA Guaranty Proceeds, FHA Proceeds or Securitization proceeds, documents maintained by the Servicer may be in the form of microfilm or microfiche or such other reliable means of recreating original documents, including but not limited to, optical imagery techniques so long as the Servicer complies with the requirements of the Guidelines.
