Valid Permit definition

Valid Permit means authorization pursuant to Section 316.550, F.S., by the Department that has not been altered, changed, or otherwise modified, unless in writing by theDepartment, accompanied by the original permit.
Valid Permit means a Permit issued in respect of a Motor Vehicle under the provision of Article 83 which has not become invalid and is not being used in circumstances where it is not valid;
Valid Permit means any permit issued by the Council to those identified in Schedule 11 as being eligible to apply for a permit and which is also identified by this Order as being a valid permit for a parking place designated by this Order, for which a permit is required during controlled hours;

Valid Permit means a special permit authorization issued pursuant to Section 316.550, F.S., including attachments thereto, that has been issued by the Department and that has not been altered, changed, or otherwise modified, except unless in writing by the Department, accompanied by original issuing authority and such written amendment accompanies the original permit.
Valid Permit means a well permit issued by the State Engineer that has not been cancelled and for which (1) when issued in accordance with section 37-92-602, C.R.S. (exempt wells) the completion of well construction is accomplished on or before the permit expiration date; or, (2) for all other wells (non-exempt wells), the completion of well construction or pump installation is accomplished on or before the permit expiration date. The State Engineer has the exclusive administrative authority to determine whether or not a well permit is valid.
