Valid Transaction definition

Valid Transaction means a payment transaction made to or from any of the Client’s accounts in good standing amounting to at least 50.00 EUR/ 50.00 GBP/ 50.00 BGN /50.00 CHF/ 50.00 USD or the equivalence of 50.00 EUR in the underlying currencies of myPOS Account as may be supported by our service.
Valid Transaction means a Transaction as described in clause 5.1.
Valid Transaction means the activity (sale, form completion, enquiry submission, click-though, membership registration etc.) undertaken by a consumer upon the successful completion of which the Advertiser has agreed to pay a Commission.

Valid Transaction means a Transaction that MediKredit and Healthcare Funder have adjudicated and approved through the use of Cardholder Files, where available, or in certain circumstances a direct switch-out link to the Healthcare Funder, Scheme Rules and other information agreed upon between Healthcare Funder and MediKredit, to be applied in processing Transactions, but will not include duplicates, fraudulent Transactions, or other Transactions that may be reversed or rejected in terms of the Scheme Rules and applicable legislation. If the Healthcare Funder offers assured payment to the Pharmacy, such Valid Claim will become due for payment in accordance with the criteria agreed upon between MediKredit and the Healthcare Funder and in accordance with MediKredit’s standard procedures, if and when MediKredit approved such claim.
Valid Transaction means a payment transaction made to or from any of the Client’s accounts in good standing amounting to at least 50.00 EUR/ 50.00 GBP/ 50.00 BGN /50.00 CHF/ 50.00 USD or the equvalance of 50.00 EUR in the underlying currencies of myPSO Account as may be supported by our service. „Valid Acquiring Transaction“ means a valid Transaction for accepting payments with cards, such as but not limited to accepting of payments with cards on myPOS physical or online, including payment requests or similar acquiring transactions amounting to at least 50.00 EUR/ 50.00 GBP/ 50.00 BGN / 50.00 CHF /50.00 USD or the equvalance of 50.00 EUR in the underlying currencies of myPSO Account as may be supported by our service. For the avoidance of doubt money transfers, funding of Account, currency exchanges and other, which are not acquiring transactions are not Valid Acquiring Transaction.
Valid Transaction is defined as: ( a) a transaction that complies with the Rules as established from time to time; ( b) is not listed on the Prohibited & Restricted Content Lis t as amended from time to time; ( c) is not classified as Prohibited Conduct as amended from time to time; ( d) is otherwise not a fraudulent transaction, a transaction perfected by a stolen card, a counter xxxx card and/ or an i llegal transaction; and, ( e) is a transaction that complies with the pertinent provisions of this Agreement including, without limitation, Sections 6 , 7 , 8 and 9 .

Where figures are referred to in numbers and words and there is any conflict between the two, the words will prevail. Where the day on or by which anything is to be done is not a business day, it will be done on or by the first business day thereafter. Any number of days prescribed in this Agreement, will exclude the first day, and include the last day. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the last day will be the following day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. Days prescribed in this Agreement will, unless otherwise stated, be deemed calendar days. The use of the word "including" followed by a specific example/s must not be interpreted as limiting the meaning of the general wording preceding it.
