Valuation Date definition

Valuation Date means each Local Business Day.
Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date.

More Definitions of Valuation Date

Valuation Date means the earliest of the following days:
Valuation Date means the date of receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption or, if such date is not a Business Day, the first Business Day thereafter.
