Valuation Firm definition

Valuation Firm means a nationally recognized independent investment banking or valuation firm with expertise in the oil and gas sector.
Valuation Firm is defined in Section 5(c).
Valuation Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(c)(ii).

  • Any further submissions to the Valuation Firm must be written and delivered to each party to the dispute.
