Valuation Point definition

Valuation Point means, in respect of a Sub-Fund, the official close of trading on the Market on which the Securities constituting the Index are listed on each Dealing Day or if more than one, the official close of trading on the last relevant Market to close or such other time or times as determined by the Manager in consultation with the Trustee from time to time provided that there shall always be a Valuation Point on each Dealing Day other than where there is a suspension of the creation and redemption of Units.
Valuation Point means such time as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.
Valuation Point means the point, whether on a periodic basis or for a particular valuation, decided by the ACD, at which the ACD carries out a valuation of the property of the Company or a Fund (as the case may be) for the purpose of determining the price at which Shares of a Class may be issued, cancelled, sold or redeemed. The current Valuation Point is 12 noon UK time on each Dealing Day.

  • The Net Asset Value per Share shall be calculated by dividing the Net Asset Value attributable to the relevant Class of the relevant Fund by the total number of Shares in issue or deemed to be in issue in the relevant Class of the relevant Fund as of the relevant Valuation Point.

  • This fee (if any) shall accrue at each Valuation Point for the relevant Fund and be payable monthly in arrears.
