Valuation Point means such time as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.
Valuation Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(c)(ii).
Valuation means an estimate of the value of real estate or real property.
Valuation Time means the close of business in the city of the Valuation Agent on the Local Business Day before the Valuation Date or date of calculation, as applicable, provided that the calculations of Value and Exposure will be made as of approximately the same time on the same date.

Start-Up Testing means the completion of applicable required factory and start-up tests as set forth in Exhibit C.
Valuation Report means the valuation report or reports for mortgage purposes, in the form of the pro-forma contained in the Standard Documentation, obtained by the Seller from a Valuer in respect of each Mortgaged Property or a valuation report in respect of a valuation made using a methodology which would be acceptable to a reasonable prudent mortgage lender;
Valuation Business Day means, with respect to each Reference Currency, any day, other than a Saturday or Sunday, that is neither a legal holiday nor a day on which commercial banks are authorized or required by law, regulation or executive order to close (including for dealings in foreign exchange in accordance with the practice of the foreign exchange market) in the city or jurisdiction indicated in the table below:
Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:
Performance Tests means the tests to be conducted on the equipment at site for checking the performance parameters of the equipment as defined in Technical Specification.
valuator , in relation to an insurer, means the valuator of the insurer contemplated in section 10 of the Insurance Act, 1943 (Act 27 of 1943).
Measurement means metered volumes at a custody transfer meter through a turbine, Coriolis, or such other meter.
Commissioning test means tests applied to the Generating Facility, after completion of the construction of the Generating Facility, in order to verify that the Generating Facility may be released for Operation.
Testing Date means 31 December of each year.
