Vandalism and Malicious Mischief Clause Samples
The Vandalism and Malicious Mischief clause defines the insurance coverage provided for losses or damages caused intentionally by individuals seeking to harm or destroy property. This clause typically applies to acts such as graffiti, breaking windows, or other deliberate damage inflicted by third parties, and it ensures that the policyholder can recover repair or replacement costs resulting from such incidents. Its core function is to protect property owners from financial loss due to intentional, unlawful acts of damage, thereby allocating risk and providing peace of mind against unpredictable malicious behavior.
