Variable Price definition

Variable Price means a Price that can change from month to month (but not more frequently) on a Residential or Small Commercial Customer’s bill according to the terms and conditions in the Contract.
Variable Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(b)(v).
Variable Price. : means an all-inclusive per kWh price that can change, by the hour, day, month, etc., according to the terms and conditions in the supplier's disclosure statement.

More Definitions of Variable Price

Variable Price means, for any Quarterly Period, an amount (expressed in dollars per Mcf) equal to one hundred ten percent (110%) of the sum of (i) the Xxxxx Hub Average Quarterly Spot Price (expressed in dollars per MMBtu) for such Quarterly Period plus (ii) thirty cents ($0.30) per MMBtu.
Variable Price means a price per share equal to 85% of the lowest daily VWAP during the ten (10) consecutive Trading Days immediately preceding the Conversion Date or other date of determination, but not be lower than $1.00 per share (the “Floor Price”).
Variable Price has the respective meanings given to it in Part B (Variable Price) of Schedule 6 (Price) and Schedule 6B (Price (From and after a Step-In)).

Variable Price means the monthly variable price per Dth to be paid by Customer to Marathon for the Gas equal to the monthly NYMEX Settlement Price plus Basis, the NYMEX Three Day Settlement Price plus Basis, or other applicable pricing index plus Basis as provided for in the effective Transaction Confirmation (For example, the October Variable Price would be calculated using the October NYMEX Settlement Price plus Basis if NYMEX Settlement Price is used).
