Vehicle Contract definition

Vehicle Contract means a legally binding agreement for the provision of Equivalent Goods and/or Services between a Requesting Body, acting for a Contracting Body, and the Supplier into which the Ancillary Terms (or parts thereof) and Framework Support Rates (including enhanced Ancillary Terms (or parts thereof) and Framework Support Rates) have been inserted in accordance with the process described in Framework Schedule 21 (Requesting Bodies and Ancillary Terms);
Vehicle Contract means any Contract, to which any Group Company is a party or by which any Group Company is bound, that provides for (i) program car arrangements pursuant to which disposition price and holding period have been predetermined and fixed, (ii) the purchase by the Group Companies of rental fleet vehicles or (iii) the lease by the Group Companies of rental fleet vehicles.
Vehicle Contract means a Contract (including Uninsured Contracts) which is a motor vehicle retail installment contract arising from the purchase of a Vehicle.
