Vendor Parts definition

Vendor Parts means parts not manufactured by IAE, including accessories, described as “Vendor Parts” in Initial Provisioning Data. Vendor Parts do not constitute Spare Parts.

Examples of Vendor Parts in a sentence

  • Spirit shall notify IAE in writing not less than the greater of (i) the lead time of the vendor as specified in the respective vendor manual or (ii) three (3) months before scheduled delivery requested by Spirit that Spirit intends to purchase such Vendor Parts from IAE.

  • Spirit shall give IAE as much notice as practicable of any change in its operation, including, but not limited to, changes in maintenance or overhaul arrangements affecting its requirements of Spare Parts, Support Equipment and including Vendor Parts.

  • Vendor Parts shall be delivered in accordance with the vendor's quoted lead time plus BRAD's internal processing time.

  • If Buyer orders Vendor Parts from Bombardier, the price shall be as published in the Spare Parts Price Catalogue.

  • However, Bombardier has made or shall make reasonable efforts to obtain favourable warranties from vendors, with respect to Vendor Parts and Power Plant Parts.
