Verification Services definition

Verification Services means services provided during verification as specified in section 95131, including but not limited to reviewing an operator’s emissions data report, verifying its accuracy according to the standards specified in this article, assessing the operator’s compliance with this article, and submitting a verification opinion to the ARB.

Verification Services means the process of verifying and/or testing the Software, which may include Entry Level Verification, Entry Level Secure Verification, Independent Build Verification, Independent Secure Build Verification, User Assured Verification, Secure User Assured Verification, Data Extract Verification, Operational Maintenance Verification, Operational Maintenance Verification for AWS, SaaS Assured Verification, SaaS Assured Operational Verification, Deposit Review and/or Secure Verification and/or any other processes agreed between the parties.

Verification Services means services provided during validation or verification as specified in section 95501 beginning with the development of the validation or verification plan to submitting a validation or verification statement to CARB.

• This Agreement may not be assigned by Recognized Verification Entity, nor shall Recognized Verification Entity subcontract any Verification Services to any third party, without Certification Authority’s prior written consent, which consent may be withheld for any or no reason.
