Vested Interests definition

Vested Interests means those Interests that have vested in accordance with their terms.

Vested Interests means those Interests that have vested in accordance with their terms. “Vested Units” means those Units that have vested in accordance with their terms.

Vested Interests means Subject Interests owned by Executive that are no longer subject to any vesting, forfeiture or similar arrangement under this Agreement or the Partnership Agreement.

Examples of Vested Interests in a sentence

• Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement to the contrary, in the event of a Change of Control, all Unvested Interests shall become Vested Interests.

• Upon vesting in accordance with this Agreement, Unvested Interests shall automatically convert to Vested Interests for purposes of the LP Agreement and the Investors Agreement.

• Periods of Maternity or Paternity Absence shall be included in a period of Service for purposes of computing Vested Interests under Section 8.2.

More Definitions of Vested Interests

Vested Interests shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Investors Agreement.

Vested Interests means interests attributable to a Party A’s employee which come from the enterprise contributions and related investment and operation incomes within the employee’s Personal Account for enterprise annuity when the employee meets the vesting conditions set forth in the Enterprise Annuity Program.

Vested Interests means, with respect to a Manager at any time, the Interests, other than any Purchased Securities, held by such Manager which are not subject to vesting requirements at such time.
