Video service provider definition

Video service provider or "provider" means a person authorized under this act to provide video service.
Video service provider means that term as defined in section 1 of the uniform video services local franchise act, 2006 PA 480, MCL 484.3301.
Video service provider or “VSP” means an entity providing Video Service as defined herein, but does not include a Cable Service Provider.
