VIOLATION OF RULES definition

VIOLATION OF RULES. If any member or guest violates any of The Centre Policies or Rules, he/she will be asked to stop and/or leave. A violation may also cause The Centre to terminate the violator’s membership according to the terms of the Membership Agreement.
VIOLATION OF RULES. If any rule or provision of this agreement is violated by the student or the student’s guest(s), the student will, upon receiving written notice from House Board, immediately remove all animals from the property. House Board may remove or cause to be removed any animal that is in violation of this agreement, not confined, or not authorized by this agreement. House Board may report any nonconfined or unauthorized animals to the appropriate authorities. The student is responsible for any cost incurred by House Board in removing or causing any animal to be removed. House Board is not liable or responsible for any harm, injury, sickness or death of any animal that is removed pursuant to this paragraph.
