Visitor Parking Spaces definition
Visitor Parking Spaces means (a) the parking spaces on the Basement 2 Floor and the Basement 1 Floor provided in accordance with Clause (17)(a)(iii) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor vehicles licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance, any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation and belonging to the bona fide guests, visitors or invitees of the residents of the Development, which are for identification purpose only shown and coloured Yellow and marked “V02” on the Basement 2 Floor Plan and “V03” on the Basement 1 Floor Plan certified as to its accuracy by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto; and
Visitor Parking Spaces means those certain Parking Spaces located within the Visitor Parking Areas.
Visitor Parking Spaces means the parking spaces in the Carpark provided in accordance with Special Condition No.35(a)(iii) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor vehicles belonging to the bona fide guests, visitors or invitees of the residents of the Residential Units as shown and delineated on the Building Plans, and for the purposes of identification only are shown coloured green and marked P232, P233, P234, P235, P236, P237, P239, P240, P241, P242, P243, P244, P245, P246, P247, P248, P249, P250, P251, P252, P253, P254, P255, P256, P257, P258, P259, P260 and P261 on Basement 1 Floor Plan (DMC-003) of the DMC Plans and also include the Accessible Parking Spaces;

Tenant’s employees shall not be allowed to park vehicles in Visitor Parking Spaces at any time.
Up to ten (10) of the Parking Passes shall be selected by Tenant and converted to visitor parking for Tenant’s exclusive use at a location near the entrances to the 12780 Building and the 12790 Building (the "Visitor Parking Spaces").

Visitor Parking Spaces means the car parking spaces (including the electric vehicle charging enabling facilities (if any) and the associated installations installed or to be installed within the Carpark Common Areas and Facilities for serving any of such parking spaces exclusively) on Basement 2 of the Building intended for the parking of motor vehicles belonging to the bona fide guests, visitors or invitees of the residents of the Residential Units and form part of the Residential Common Areas and Facilities, which are for identification purpose only shown and coloured Indigo and marked "V1, V2, V3, V4 and V5" respectively on the Basement 2 Floor Plan annexed hereto and certified as to its accuracy by the Authorized Person;
Visitor Parking Spaces means the visitor parking spaces (if any) at the Estate and shown marked 'V' on the Plan
