Voice Services Related Equipment definition

Voice Services Related Equipment means any equipment as specified in your Application and which is related to the provision of Voice Services.. we, us means the entity defined as ‘The Company’ on our Application Form. you, your means the customer, as specified in your Application.
Voice Services Related Equipment means equipment that is not Equipment, Other Equipment or Data & Internet Services Related Equipment, which is provided to you by us or our Supplier for use in connection with the provision of Voice Services as specified in Part A.
Voice Services Related Equipment means any equipment as specified in your Application and which is related to the provision of Voice Services. we, us means Hubify Communications Pty Ltd CAN 166 679 894. you, your means the customer, as specified in your Application. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The following rules apply unless the context requires otherwise. The singular includes the plural and conversely. A gender includes all genders. If a word or phrase is defined, its other grammatical forms have a corresponding meaning. A reference to a person, corporation, trust, partnership, unincorporated body or other entity includes any of them. A reference to a clause or schedule is a reference to a clause of or a schedule to, this SFOA. A reference to an agreement or document (including a reference to this SFOA) is to the agreement or document as amended, varied, supplemented, novated, or replaced, except to the extent prohibited by this SFOA or that other agreement or document. A reference to legislation or to a provision of legislation includes a modification or re-enactment of it, a legislative provision substituted for it and a regulation or statutory instrument issued under it. A reference to dollars and $ is to Australian currency. The meaning of general words is not limited by specific examples introduced by including, or for example, or similar expressions.

  • We, or a person approved by us, or our Supplier may require access to your premises from time to time in connection with the provision, inspection and maintenance of Voice Services Related Equipment or Voice Services, including the installation, replacement or modification of necessary telecommunications connection, facilities, wiring or cabling in order for you to receive the Voice Services.

  • If you purchase any Voice Services Related Equipment from us, risk in the equipment passes to you on delivery to the delivery address you nominate in your Application.

  • You may not modify or adapt the Software in whole or in part (including but not limited to translating or creating derivative works) or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software as it contains trade secrets of Geometric and its licensors.

Related to Voice Services Related Equipment

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Designated Equipment means any equipment designated in the SLA, upon which the Licensed System may be used; Documentation means operating manuals and other printed materials which assist the Customer to use the Licensed System including any technical and user software material as published by Pentana Solutions; Escalation Request is as set out in the SLA;

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.
