Volume Charge definition

Volume Charge means the charge calculated by applying the Volume Rate to the number of gallons of Treated Water provided to Kennedale by Arlington as measured by the Meter(s) and billed on a monthly basis.
Volume Charge means the charge calculated by applying the Volume Rate to the number of gallons of Treated Water provided to Grand Prairie by Arlington as measured by the Meter(s) and billed on a monthly basis.

Volume Charge means the additional charge to be paid by the Client to WRT for each 1000 gallons in excess of the Base Volume.
