Volume Discount definition

Volume Discount means a discount equal to twelve percent (12 %) applied to the Listed Price of an Eligible Product, where more than one hundred (100) subscriptions are held on an account in the name of the Customer on or prior to the Effective Date.

Volume Discount means a price differentiation scheme based on the total transaction trading volume, the total number of transactions trades or the cumulated trading fees generated by one member or participant whereby the fee for marginal transactions trade executed upon subsequent to reaching the threshold is reduced; [Note: this definition does not recur in the draft RTS]

Volume Discount has the meaning given in paragraph 22.1 of Schedule 10.

Examples of Volume Discount in a sentence

• Contractor may provide a Volume Discount within a given Lot/Region combination for all individual orders 5,500 gallons or greater.

• If applicable, the Volume Discount for a given Lot/Region combination shall be applied to the invoice for each individual order placed by an Authorized User in such Lot/Region which results in a single delivery of 5,500 gallons or greater.

• Company agrees to sell, and Distributor agrees to purchase, the Products in accordance with the Prices and Volume Discount Prices set forth in Schedule A.

• For the avoidance of doubt, where a Watch Product Agreement already provides for a discount from the Transactional Price then (unless otherwise expressly set out in the Cover Sheet, such discount shall not apply in respect of Watch Eligible Products purchased during the Term; the Watch Volume discount shall apply instead (irrespective of whether the existing discount is lower or higher than the Watch Volume Discount).

• Such Prices and Volume Discount Prices shall only be subject to increase once per year on each anniversary date of this Agreement, provided (i) Company provides Distributor with at least [ Days written notice] days prior written notice of any such increase, and (ii) such increase does not exceed [ Percent] of the preceding year’s Prices and Volume Discount Prices nor the lowest price charged to others for the same Product.

More Definitions of Volume Discount

Volume Discount means any Discount that is based upon increasing quantities of purchases or sales, by Lens Material or by Refractive Index Range, of Respondent’s Photochromic Product, and specifically excludes any Discount that is based upon the amount of Respondent’s Photochromic Products that are purchased or sold as a percentage or proportion of a customer’s total purchases or sales of Photochromic Products.

Shall also be known as Premium.
