Volume Limit definition

Volume Limit means, the trading volume of the Shares on the Principal Market during the Regular Trading Hours of such Pricing Period (excluding any Excluded Day, if applicable) as reported by the Reporting Service multiplied by (i) for the Accelerated Purchase Pricing Period and the Extended Purchase Pricing Period, ten percent (10%), and (ii) for the Regular Purchase Pricing Period, thirty percent (30%), reduced by one third for each Excluded Day applicable to the relevant Advance Notice.
Volume Limit as the meaning contained in the definition of Equity Conditions herein.
Volume Limit means the maximum number of Checks and Substitute Checks deposited daily that may be transacted through the Service.

More Definitions of Volume Limit

Volume Limit shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.2(b) hereof.
Volume Limit means, with respect to any Mandatory Conversion, one hundred percent (100%) of the arithmetic average of the Weekly Trading Volume based on the twenty (20) consecutive Trading Days immediately preceding the Conversion Date applicable to such Mandatory Conversion.

Volume Limit means, with respect to each purchase and sale of Common Stock pursuant to a Company Put Notice, that number of shares equal to 25% of the reported trading volume of the Common Stock, as reported by Bloomberg, for the week immediately preceding the week during which the Company delivers to the Investor a Company Put Notice.
