voluntary arrangement definition

voluntary arrangement means either a company voluntary arrangement or an individual voluntary arrangement, as applicable.
voluntary arrangement means a voluntary arrangement which has effect in relation to a UK insurer in accordance with section 4A of the 1986 Act or Article 17A of the 1989 Order; and
voluntary arrangement means an arrangement as defined in Article 14(1).
