Voluntary Withdrawal definition

Voluntary Withdrawal means a Member’s dissociation with the Company by means other than by a Transfer or an Involuntary Withdrawal.
Voluntary Withdrawal means that the operator of a NF, in compliance with section 1919(c)(2)(F) of the Social Security Act (as amended through April 15, 2003), voluntarily elects to withdraw from participation in the medicaid program but chooses to continue providing services of the type provided by NFs.
