Voting Majority definition

Voting Majority means the votes of such number of voting Members.
Voting Majority means the Members or stockholders that collectively hold in the aggregate greater than fifty percent (50%) of the voting power of the Company or VMD Corporation, as applicable.

More Definitions of Voting Majority

Voting Majority means Members holding greater than 50% of the outstanding Units.
