Voting Participant has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(d).

Voting Participant shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(g).

Examples of Voting Participant in a sentence

The Administrative Agent shall be entitled to conclusively rely on information contained in Voting Participant Notices and all other notices delivered pursuant hereto.
