Voting Percentage Interest definition

Voting Percentage Interest means, as to a Partner, its voting interest in the Partnership as determined by dividing the total number of Voting Units owned by such Partner by the total number of Voting Units then outstanding as specified in in the Partner Registry.
Voting Percentage Interest means, as to each Member, such Member’s Membership Interest, expressed as a percentage, in the voting rights of the Company, subject however to, and as may be affected and adjusted by, the provisions of this Agreement. The initial Voting Percentage Interest of each Member is set forth on Schedule A hereto.
Voting Percentage Interest with respect to a Member means the ratio of the number of Voting Units held by the Member to the total of all of the issued Voting Units, expressed as a percentage.

Voting Percentage Interest with respect to any particular Member, indicates that percentage of the total Voting Interests, assuming for such purpose that all Voting Interests in the Company constitute a single class of Units, represented by such Member's Voting Interest.
Voting Percentage Interest means, as of any date and with respect to any Partner that as of such date is entitled to designate one or more members of the Management Committee, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of such Partner's Percentage Interest to the aggregate Percentage Interests of all Partners that are entitled to designate one or more members of the Management Committee.

Voting Percentage Interest with respect to a Member means the ratio of the number of Voting Units held by the Member, directly or indirectly, of record or beneficially, to the total of all of the issued and outstanding Voting Units held by Members, expressed as a percentage. Voting Units held by a Member that are ineligible to vote shall not be counted in the numerator or the denominator when determining such ratio. See Exchange LLC Agreement §1.1.

Voting Percentage Interest means the quotient of (i) the number of voting Units held by a Member DIVIDED BY (ii) the total number of issued and outstanding voting Units. At all times, the aggregate Voting Percentage Interests of all of the Members shall be equal to one hundred percent (100%).
