The Members present at a duly called or held meeting at which a quorum is present may continue to do business until adjournment, notwithstanding the loss of a quorum, if any action taken after loss of a quorum (other than adjournment) is approved by at least Members holding a Majority Interest of Voting Percentage Interest.
