VPMN Operator definition

VPMN Operator means a Party who allows Roaming Subscribers to use its GSM network(s).
VPMN Operator means a Party who allows Roaming Subscribers to use its GSM and/or 3GSM network(s).

  • In case of a proposed suspension of Services to all Roaming Subscribers, the VPMN Operator shall use its best efforts to give four (4) weeks written notice to the other Party prior to the suspension taking effect.
