Waiver and Release Agreement definition

Waiver and Release Agreement means the written agreement under which the Executive agrees to release the Employer and all others associated or affiliated with the Employer from all legal claims associated with the Executive’s employment by the Employer and to keep Starz Group information confidential and to not disparage any member of the Starz Group or any related person, such agreement to be in a form acceptable to the Employer.
Waiver and Release Agreement means the legal document in a form approved by the Company, in which a Grantee, in exchange for the benefits specified in Section 2(d), releases the Company and other related parties, from liability and damages arising from or in connection with the Grantee’s termination of Employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries.
Waiver and Release Agreement means an agreement prepared by the Company, with terms satisfactory to the Company in its sole discretion, which will include, among other provisions, a legally-binding general waiver of claims against the Company and its affiliates and subsidiaries, a deadline for the Executive’s delivery of the Waiver and Release Agreement to the Company, a deadline for the Executive’s revocation of the Waiver and Release Agreement (if applicable), and affirmative and negative covenants (which may include, but which are not limited to, covenants regarding confidentiality,non-solicitation, non-disparagement and non-competition). Different forms of the Waiver and Release Agreement may be used from one business unit to another, from one state to another, and from one Executive to another, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
