The one-time, non-refundable, Accidental Damage Waiver Fee of $65.00 is designed to give the occupants and/or guests peace of mind.
Borrower shall pay the Default Waiver Fee to Lender, immediately upon the waiver by Lender of any Event of Default hereunder, so long as the waiver was done at the Borrower’s request.
