Waiver Letter definition

Waiver Letter means the letter agreement, to be dated the Closing Date, by and among MPLP, Summerhill and Robert A. McNeil, and acknowledged by the Company.
Waiver Letter means that certain ownership waiver letter, effective as of the Closing Date, executed by the Parent for the benefit of the Owner.
