Warehouse Account definition

Warehouse Account has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2(A) below.
Warehouse Account means a demand deposit account established by the Borrower with the Custodian into which proceeds of a Loan may be deposited and from which Mortgage Loan proceeds may be disbursed, in accordance with instructions from the Borrower to the Custodian, directly to the Closing Agent in connection with the settlement of Mortgage Loans.
Warehouse Account means a non-interest bearing deposit account established by Associates with Administrative Agent, styled and numbered "AMFC Warehouse Borrowing Account," Account No. 1885162402, for deposit of Warehouse Borrowings, funding of advances to Ryland under the Intercompany Note, deposit of payments on the Intercompany Note, and deposit of payments of the Obligation related to Warehouse Borrowings.

Warehouse Obligation is defined in Section 4.1(a).
Warehouse Account. Each account established by the Warehouse Collateral Administrator under the Warehouse Collateral Administration Agreement, including the Interest Account and the Principal Account.
