Warehouse Facility means any bank credit agreement, repurchase agreement or other credit facility entered into to finance the making of Mortgage loans originated by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Borrowers shall give Agent prompt notice of any material modifications to the financial or economic terms of the Warehouse Facility.

Warehouse Facility means a committed revolving credit facility (other than the credit facilities evidenced by this Agreement and the Subordinated Loan Agreement) in favor of DTAC, DTAG and/or an Affiliate thereof pursuant to which one or more lenders, purchasers or other investors have agreed to provide financing to DTAC, DTAG and/or an Affiliate thereof secured by Contracts.
Warehouse Facility means any financing arrangement of any kind, including, but not limited to, financing arrangements in the form of repurchase facilities, loan agreements, note issuance facilities and commercial paper facilities (excluding in all cases, Securitizations), with a financial institution or other lender or purchaser exclusively to (i) finance or refinance the purchase, origination or funding by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary of the Company of, provide funding to the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary of the Company through the transfer of, loans, mortgage related securities and other mortgage-related receivables purchased or originated by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary of the Company in the ordinary course of business, (ii) finance the funding of or refinance Servicing Advances; or (iii) finance or refinance the carrying of REO Assets related to loans and other mortgage-related receivables purchased or originated by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary of the Company; provided that such purchase, origination, pooling, funding, refinancing and carrying is in the ordinary course of business.
Warehouse Facility means any funding arrangement, other than a Credit Facility, a Securitization or a Residual Funding Facility, with a financial institution or other lender or purchaser under which advances are made to a Warehouse Trust to the extent (and only to the extent) funding thereunder is used exclusively by the Warehouse Trust to purchase Receivables from the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary and to pay the related expenses with respect to the Warehouse Trust.

Warehouse Facility means any funding arrangement with a financial institution or other lender or purchaser to the extent (and only to the extent) any funding thereunder is available exclusively to finance or refinance the purchase or origination of mortgage loans by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including, but not limited to, purchase and sale facilities pursuant to which the Company or a Subsidiary of the Company sells mortgage loans to a financial institution.
