Warehouse Lease means the lease, dated June 27, 1990, between Wee Three Records Shops, Inc., the predecessor by name change to the Seller, and Anvil Construction Company, Inc., as amended, covering the Seller's warehouse, headquarters and distribution center located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as in effect on the date hereof.
