Warehousing Services definition

Warehousing Services means the storage and handling of the Goods in a secure weather-proof Storage Facility or in secure hard- surfaced external storage areas if so required, including the receival, unloading, container de-stuffing, unpacking, palletising and put-away of inwards Goods, and the picking and preparation of outwards Goods for dispatch. “Warehousing Services” does not include Transport Services.

Warehousing Services means all services provided by the company including, but not limited to, the packing, unpacking, palletising or de-palletising, consolidating, sorting, storing (whether in the open or otherwise), loading, unloading, warehousing, transport or other handling of goods and the giving of advice and information relating thereto;

Warehousing Services means any storage related services provided by WG including storage and delivery of Products by WG in accordance with clause 17.

Warehousing Services means all activities such as but not limited to unloading, loading, acceptance, storage, stock control, order handling, order picking, preparing for shipment, invoicing, assembling, labelling, exchange, warehousing management, control of information and additional Services with regard to the Goods, performed in DSV Warehouse, that have been agreed upon between the Customer and DSV, which are not related to performance of Transport Services or to any instructions to carry the Goods.

Warehousing Services means the Services described in Part 2 of Schedule B.

Warehousing Services shall include all services performed by Company at Company’s warehouse, or in a warehouse leased or otherwise utilized by Company. These services shall include, but not be limited to, storage, on-forwarding, warehouse distribution, packing and crating.

Warehousing Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

Warehousing Services means the storage of Goods by the Company or its contractors or agents and such additional, related services as Company and the Customer may agree in the Contract or otherwise in writing. The warehouse space shall be located at Customer's Subleased Facility, and Customer agrees that it shall comprise not less than 194,000 square feet of such facility. Subject to the terms of the Sublease, Customer shall maintain the facility structurally and mechanically in good working order and shall pay all common area maintenance charges, real estate taxes, unless abated by taxing authorities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and water, security, insurance, janitorial and supplies, continuance of existing Internet access, and trash removal with respect to the Subleased Facility. 3PF shall not be required to pay any expenses in connection with the maintenance or operation of the Subleased Facility except as expressly set forth herein or in the Sublease."
