Warrant Certificates definition

Warrant Certificates has the meaning specified in Section 2.1 hereof.

Warrant Certificates means the certificates representing the Warrants;

Warrant Certificates means the certificates representing Warrants substantially in the form attached as Schedule "A" hereto or such other form as may be approved by the Company and the Warrant Agent;

• Unless otherwise agreed with the Company, the Warrant Agent shall have no liability for interest on any monies at any time received by it pursuant to any of the provisions of this Agreement or of the Warrant Certificates.

• The Warrant Agent shall be obligated to perform only such duties as are herein and in the Warrant Certificates specifically set forth and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or the Warrant Certificates against the Warrant Agent.

• The seal of the Company may be in the form of a facsimile thereof and may be impressed, affixed, imprinted or otherwise reproduced on the Warrant Certificates.

• All of the terms and provisions with respect to such powers and authority contained in the Warrant Certificates are subject to and governed by the terms and provisions hereof.

• The Warrant Agent shall not be accountable or under any duty or responsibility for the use by the Company of any of the Warrant Certificates authenticated by the Warrant Agent and delivered by it to the Company pursuant to this Agreement or for the application by the Company of the proceeds of the Warrant Certificates.

More Definitions of Warrant Certificates

Warrant Certificates mean the registered certificates issued by the Company under this Agreement representing the Warrants.
