Warrant Certificates definition

Warrant Certificates has the meaning specified in Section 2.1 hereof.

Warrant Certificates means the certificates representing the Warrants;

Warrant Certificates means the certificates representing Warrants substantially in the form attached as Schedule "A" hereto or such other form as may be approved by the Company and the Warrant Agent;

Examples of Warrant Certificates in a sentence

• Exercise of the Subscription Rights represented by this Warrant certificate may be consolidated with the exercise of the Subscription Rights represented by one or more other Warrant certificates by the use of a consolidated Subscription Form .

• Mutilated or defaced Warrant certificates must be surrendered before replacements will be issued.

• In case of lost Warrant certificates, Division 5 of Part 4 of the Companies Ordinance (except sub-section (5) of section 166) shall apply mutatis mutandis as if “shares” referred to therein included Warrants.

• After expiry of the Subscription Period, being 4:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on the last day of the Subscription Period, any Subscription Rights which have not been exercised will lapse and Warrant certificates will cease to be valid for any purpose whatsoever.

More Definitions of Warrant Certificates

Warrant Certificates has the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof;

Warrant Certificates means those certain warrant certificates evidencing the Warrants, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, which, for the avoidance of doubt, are either Global Warrant Certificates or Definitive Warrant Certificates.
