Warrant Issue Date definition

Warrant Issue Date means the date on which the Warrant was first issued by the Company.
Warrant Issue Date means the Trading Day that is five Trading Days subsequent to the date of Shareholder Approval.
Warrant Issue Date means the date on which this Warrant was first issued, regardless of any subsequent transfer or partial exercise of this Warrant that may occur after such date.
