Landlord’s obligations under this Section 3.5 shall expire on the Warranty Expiration Date and be of no further force and effect except with respect to any defects or deficiencies in Landlord’s Work disclosed in any Defect Notice delivered before the Warranty Expiration Date.

The "Warranty Expiration Date" shall be defined as the date three hundred fifty-eight (358) days after the Full Rent Commencement Date.
