Warranty Term definition

Warranty Term. This Limited Warranty covers the Vehicle for a period of 18 months from the date of this Contract, or 18,000 miles beyond (the vehicle odometer reading today), whichever occurs first. • Engine - all internal parts, engine block, cylinder heads, water pump, oil pump, timing chain/timing belt, and fuel pump (excludes fuel sender); • Transmission - all internal parts, torque converter and transmission case; • Drive Axle – all internal parts on primary drive axle, axle housings, drive shafts, universal joints and constant velocity axle.
Warranty Term means the period beginning on the date the Warranty Contract commences as shown on the Customer Contract & Declaration and ending on the date the Warranty Contract expires.
Warranty Term means the term for the Warranties as set forth in Section 2 of Exhibit 4 to this DBA. Capitalized terms used in the Contract Documents but not otherwise defined in this DBA shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2 of the General Conditions.
