Warranty Term means the period beginning on the date the Warranty Contract commences as shown on the Customer Contract & Declaration and ending on the date the Warranty Contract expires.

For a Charger sold individually (not as part of a Patient System), three (3) years from the date the purchased Charger is shipped to Customer.

Warranty Term means years stated (Fig.1 table) starting from the date the consumer receives the Goods.

Warranty Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.2 of the Agreement.
