Water Assets definition

Water Assets means all surface water rights and supplies, water facilities, water operations, groundwater rights and supplies, and any other water.

Water Assets means all assets in respect of the fresh water distribution business of Contributor, including the following:

More Definitions of Water Assets

Water Assets has the meaning set forth in the Distribution Agreement.

Water Assets means all of the right, title and interest of the Sellers to the following assets and properties (other than items included in the definition of “Excluded Assets” and subject to Section 6.7):
