Water Bank definition

Water Bank means the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Financing Program implemented by the NJDEP and the I-Bank in partnership to provide loans to Borrowers for Environmental Infrastructure Projects pursuant to N.J.S.A. 58:11B-1 et seq., the Federal Clean Water Act and the Federal Drinking Water Act.
Water Bank means a contract water bank or a statutory water bank.
Water Bank means a water purchasing mechanism whereby willing sellers are paid to forego use of a portion of their supplies in a year of water shortage, and purchased water is either stored or reallocated to meet specified needs.
