Water Management District means the South Florida Water Management District, a regional water management district established in accordance with Florida law, and any successor, governmental agency, body or special district charged with the rights and responsibilities of the Water Management District.

Water Management District or “District” shall mean and refer to the St. Johns River Water Management District.

Water Management District means and refer to the South Florida Water Management District or any successor governmental agency.

Water Management District means any flood control, resource management, or water management district operating under the authority of Chapter 373, F.S. Unless otherwise stated, water management district or district shall refer to the Suwannee River Water Management District.
