Water Rates definition

Water Rates means charges in respect of water supply, sewerage and drainage of the kind presently levied by the Water Authority under —
Water Rates means a charge or system of charges levied on users of a water system for the user’s proportional share of the revenue requirement of a water system that consists of operation and maintenance expenses, depreciation, taxes and return on investment.

More Definitions of Water Rates

Water Rates means a charge or systemof charges levied on users of a water systemfor the user’s proportional share of the revenue requirement of a water systemwhich consists of operation and maintenance expenses, depreciation, taxes and return on investment.
