If You are aware of any pre-existing conditions, defects or deficiencies with Your Exterior Water Service Line prior to the Start Date of Your first Term, then Your Property is not eligible for this coverage.
Domestic Water Service Line – The Owner(s) shall provide for the maintenance of the domestic water service line(s), meter pit and associated appurtenances, backflow prevention devices, and other facilities associated with the domestic water service that jointly serve said buildings and/or parcel(s).
