Water supply facilities means and refers to the real property
Water supply facilities means and refers to the real property and the plants, structures, interconnections between existing water supply facilities, machinery and equipment and other property, real, personal and mixed, acquired, constructed or operated, or to be acquired, constructed or operated, in whole or in part, by or on behalf of a public water utility, or by or on behalf of the State or a local government unit, for the purpose of augmenting the natural water resources of the State and making available an increased supply of water for all uses, or of conserving existing water resources, and any and all appurtenances necessary, useful or convenient for the collecting, impounding, storing, improving, treating, filtering, conserving or transmitting of water, and for the preservation and protection of these resources and facilities, whether in public or private ownership, and providing for the conservation and development of future water supply resources, and facilitating incidental recreational uses thereof;
Water supply facilities means the plants, structures or other real and personal property acquired, constructed or operated, or to be financed, acquired, constructed or operated, or any parts thereof, including reservoirs, basins, dams, canals, aqueducts, standpipes, conduits, pipelines, mains, pumping stations, water distribution systems, compensating reservoirs, waterworks, or sources of water supply, well, purification or filtration plants, or other plants or works, connections, rights of flowage or diversion, and other plants, structures, boats, conveyances and other real and personal property, or rights therein, and appurtenances necessary or useful for the accumulation, supply or distribution of water. Examples of Water supply facilities in a sentence

  • Any alteration of the Member Agency’s grounds, including, but not limited to, excavation, in order to access the Designated Water Supply Facilities may only occur after obtaining permission from the affected Member Agency, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • CIWW accepts, and shall at the time of asset transfer accept, all of the Designated Water Supply Facilities “as-is” and with all faults.

  • CIWW shall construct, own and operate new or expanded additional Water Supply Facilities, to increase water output available to CIWW consistent with the CIWW Long Range Plan established under Article VII (each a “Capacity Expansion”).

  • The Founding Agencies agree that the Designated Water Supply Facilities and any CIWW facilities designed and constructed for or by CIWW are special purpose facilities.

  • To the extent a specific project benefits both Designated Water Supply Facilities and Water Distribution Facilities, the project costs shall be allocated between CIWW and the Water Producing Member Agency based on relative benefit conferred.

Water supply facilities is defined in Section 3 of Article IV. Additional terms defined in the Schedules have the meaning assigned in the Schedules.
Water supply facilities means, without limitation, pumping facilities, reservoirs, metering equipment, the Waterline and any other facilities used for the purpose of supplying Water to SaskPower in accordance with and pursuant to this Agreement.
Water supply facilities means the assets and facilities used to conduct Water Supply Activity, including assets transferred to CIWW on the Operational Commencement Date or subsequently created or acquired by CIWW. This definition includes source water systems, water treatment plants, aquifer storage and recovery (“ASR”) systems or other storage facilities used for Water Supply Activity, and the transmission pumps, mains, and systems, including easements, required to conduct Water Supply Activity on an efficient basis. Water Supply Facilities include facilities used for Water Supply Activity even if also used, in part, for certain Water Distribution Activity. Except as any Founding Agency and CIWW may otherwise agree as to any specific property or facility, Water Supply Facilities shall not include the existing office buildings and/or distribution buildings, or assets not related to CIWW Water Supply Activities of the Founding Agencies or any existing grounds or facilities made available to the public for park or other recreational use.
Water supply facilities means the area, and associated intake infrastructure at the project.
Water supply facilities means the totality of all water supply transmission lines, storage facilities, pumping stations, and other appurtenances necessary to bring treated ground water supply from Fort Worth’s existing water supply line to Willow Park and Hudson Oaks, and specifically includes the following components, as described and depicted in Exhibit A3: □ 18” water transmission pipeline from Fort Worth’s existing water transmission line to the Shared Water Supply Facility;□ Shared Water Supply Facility;□ Willow Park Water Transmission Pipeline;□ Shared Water Transmission Line;□ Willow Park Interconnection Facility; and□ Hudson Oaks Interconnection Facility.
Water supply facilities. Defined. As used herein, the term “water supply facilities” means river intake, raw and finished pumping facilities, water treatment facilities, water storage facilities, and all other infrastructure used in conjunction with the appropriation, treatment, storage or transmission of the Parties’ water.
Water supply facilities in this Act shall mean water intake facilities, water storage facilities, raw water transmission facilities, water purification facilities, water conveyance facilities, and water distribution facilities for water supply systems (including, in case of private water supply services, water supply facilities, but excluding those facilities installed within buildings/structures; hereinafter the same) that are managed by the said water supply services, a wholesale water services, or a private water supply systems.
