Water Tank definition

Water Tank means] Water tank. The term “water tank” means any device used to store drinking water that is distributed as part of the water supply system of a building, however such term shall not apply to domestic hot water heaters.
Water Tank means a storage vessel, elevated or at ground level, that holds potable or non-potable water for use in including, but not limited to, a potable water system, a manufacturing process or other type of process, or for fighting fires.
Water Tank means a storage vessel of not less than 390,000 gallon capacity located on MHCSD property wherein water is initially stored.
